Struggling with for loops sentenced /u/AngeliMortem Python Education

Yeah, so as the title says I’m struggling a lot with it. I understand the concept and I even understand nested loops (for example cubes with deep, rows and columns) but when I face some exercise I simply get blocked. I don’t know how to continue sometimes, or I don’t know when to use the range(),Len(), or shits like that in them. I’m trying to use the logic and I know what I want to achieve in each exercise but I don’t know how to write it properly…

Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this or some video/YouTube channel that explains that in a good way? I’m currently using Udemy..

Thanks a lot!
