A WoW player commissioned me to paint portraits of his characters. He explained that he doesn’t have as much time to play these days because he’s now a dad, but he wanted to immortalize his characters with oil paintings as a way to remember all the good times he had adventuring with friends in his guild. After the paintings were completed, we realized that, due to the longevity of oil paintings, his characters would eventually outlast him. Now, he’s looking forward to sharing stories of his adventuring days with his grandkids when they see these paintings hanging in his home. More of my work submitted by /u/davidcm73 |
