In the last 20 years I have been harassed and badgered by agency recruiters and so called hiring managers into jobs, positions, situations I clearly identified as a NO.
This extends beyond just communication line buggering, like fake interviews, lies, in-person interview badgering.
A number of staffing agencies have been blacklisted for this. Also there is a US state where I no longer conduct business.
Would involving attorneys help ?
