Best way to install packages with Python, Spyder, and Anaconda /u/Maleficent-Seesaw412 Python Education

So, I’ve been having issues getting Reticulate to work in R (likely issues with paths). So, I decided to use the Spyder IDE. I deleted Python, Anaconda, and all related folders/files, and re-installed them and installed Spyder. What should I do first to install numpy, pandas, and Tensorflow? Right now, my Anaconda says: (base) C:UsersJohn<_

I am a beginner and get confused easily, so please take it easy on me. One thing I find confusing is when people say to run a particular command, but I don’t know where it is to be run.

Thanks!
