What’s Palantir’s in office policy? /u/stuffingmybrain CSCQ protests reddit

I’ll be interning at Palantir (Palo Alto, SWE in defense if it matters) this summer. I wasn’t able to find anything online about their RTO / WFH policy (unlike, say Ap*le where multiple people have said 3 days/week).

I live in the Bay Area, but to commute from my home to Palo Alto would be 2-3 hours per day in the road. I could live with that if this were 3 days/week, but if it was anything more than that, I think I’d wanna actually use the housing stipend. But I don’t wanna have everything finalized and then find out that my team is in office 2-3 days per week.

This might be me being paranoid, but I don’t want anyone thinking that I’m *not* interested in coming to the office / that it’ll be an issue with me before I even start. Hence me asking here lol any info would be helpful.
