My kid is 5, and wants to play a very fairy tale type thing. She wants to be a kobold with some type of weather affinity and essentially go adventure with the princess so they can fight together and defeat the big bad.
I haven’t DMed at all. I have a couple ideas, I kinda thought about doing a dark forest type thing, not heavy combat focused, but exploratory, and room for fun magic stuff. But I just need advice on how what to do and if anyone has made a game for their kids any advice y’all have, thank you!
