If you’ve gotten off most social media (meta, TT, etc) how was and how long was the withdrawal? /u/RN-B No such thing as stupid questions

I keep find a reason for needing certain apps but honestly I can just feel how awful it all is. At least on Reddit I can stick to my home page and decide if I want to see news articles.
