The first Galarian bird I ever saw was Articuno. I did not yet have a master ball so had low hopes of catching him, yet I somehow managed to get him on the first throw with only an ultra ball and golden raspberry. I think I was still without a master ball when I caught Zapdos, if I remember correctly this one was a critical catch. I finally got a master ball but now that I had caught the first two without one I made it goal for myself to catch Moltres without one. It finally happened the other day, it wasn’t even a “nice” throw! Did they nerf the game or something? Whatever I am just happy I finally got them, all the while achieving my personal goal of not using a master ball on them. Only took me 11 months 😆 submitted by /u/steamy-bao |
