Is Applying to 60+ Job Postings for Your First Internship Normal? /u/riccardo_00 CSCQ protests reddit

I’ve been applying for software engineering internships since September, mostly abroad since I’m based in Italy.

Each time I apply, I tailor my CV to highlight the skills and experience that match the specific job description, and I write a new cover letter for each application.

So far, I’ve applied to over 60 internships, but I haven’t landed an interview yet. Is this normal? Any advice on how to improve my chances?

For reference, here is my anonymized resume: https://imgur.com/a/JbZTrf8
