Is there a boot maker that makes formal boots like Thursday’s Captain series, but with a removable insole or with a solid, stiff leather insole (like Red Wings’ Iron Rangers)?

I love the look of Thursdays, but my foot needs more support than the soft, non-removable insole they have and sizing up doesn’t work for me.
