TheNorthFace Purple Label (Japan exclusive) – is there a difference in quality? /u/futzi7 /r/malefashionadvice

I’ve recently learned that there’s a special line of TheNorthFace (btw, I had to write this without spaces as otherwise MFA assumes this is a post about beauty products and won’t let me publish it) products with a purple label that are exclusively available in Japan and available via the Japanese distributor Nanamica.

Looking at their high price tags, my initial assumption was that they’re all made in Japan and of higher quality but most of the items I checked are made in China so I doubt there’s a quality difference to regular TNF products.

Does anyone have experience with the purple label products? Any particular ones you can recommend?
