I’m a 19 year old male, 150 pounds, 5’10, I strength train six times a week for about 45 minutes which is roughly 350 caliores burned a session and then I run 30 miles a week and total 10-12k steps a day including the runs. I’m around 15% body fat and my goal is to drop 2-3% body fat while putting on lean muscle to be at 160 instead of my current 150 don’t want to put on fat.
