So basically I’m applying for a job that is similar enough to my current job. If I get it, I’m prepared that they may ask me to bring my black book with me.
This black book is worth millions potentially in value. Obviously it’s not confirmed business but still, it’s leads and it can bring them business.
Do people usually ask for a bonus if they bring contacts/leads from a previous similar position?
And no, I didn’t sign a non-compete clause so this is all legal and OK.
