I love this community /u/AdviceAdam Pokémon GO – Discover Pokémon in the Real World!

This story is from a few weeks ago on Sprigatito community day and I was there with 3 other friends of mine.

Community day had started a few minutes prior and we had stopped to do a 5* raid. A woman came over to us to ask if she could join our group to do raids and play with us. So for the next two hours (she had to go at 4pm), she walked and chatted with us. Turns out she’s a professor at a nearby college and had to go at 4 to pick up her daughter from the airport.

In what other game can you actually meet people like this so easily? I’ve made so many friends and acquaintances through Pokemon Go and the local community. It sounds silly but I would have way fewer friends if not for Pokemon Go.
