I lost my virginity 3 years ago and it didn’t hurt. He was average and my himen symply stretched. Never tore which my doctor told me its fine. We had sex for 6 months at least 3 times a week.
Its been 3 years (We broke up) and now I am dating someone new. Should I expect pain? Will it be like the first time because I didn’t do it in such a long time? I am very confused about this whole thing. Like some people say the first time may hurt because you are nervous. But if that tiny tissue doesn’t make any difference for some women (For me it did not, I still have it, after being sexually active for months) and the thing that causes pain is the nervousness, does that mean a woman can actually experience pain at any stage in her life during intercourse?
I am very nervous when I am with a new guy, even just for kissing. So for sure the first time with him I will be anxious. So maybe i will not lube enough. What difference will it make that I already lost my virginity, if I can expect the same pain. I mean I didn’t do anything for 3 years. I am not used to have something inside. So if a woman makes a long pause, like years, can she experience the first time pain every time she is with someone new? If it doesn’t have a lot to do with the hymen, but rather without nervousness and your muscles not being “trained”
To give an example. Before I lost my virginity, a friend told me that I should be honest with the guy that I never done it because he will know anyway due to the pain or burning sensation which will for sure show on my face and body language. But I will be very nervous with this new guy too, I am 100% sure, so that will make him believe I am a virgin? Why everyone talks about first time pain like its an unique event in your life, and then adds that hymen doesn’t make the difference. Its just nervousness and you not being aroused. Well, there will be other occasions when I will be nervous and not aroused enough. But just because I had that first time, it will not hurt anymore? For me it sounds like nonsense
