what does “business casual” as a host at a relatively casual tex-mex restaurant mean? /u/pickle_e /r/malefashionadvice

my first day as a host is coming up and i was told to dress business casual. what does that mean in this context? i also don’t know if they’re going to give me any parts of a uniform that i need to change into. all i know to wear are non-slip shoes.

also, if it matters, i am a short and scrawny 19-year-old. i often have trouble finding any men’s clothing that fits me and have to resort to the boy’s clothing section.
