What are the SteamDB one day price dip? /u/GambitBen Steam on Reddit

In SteamDB I noticed sometimes that the lowest recorded price happened for one day or something (or something because it says that the price returned to normal on the same day, like it wasn’t for a full day).

Is it a miscommunication with the Steam API? a one hour flash sale (if they are even a thing in Steam)? the developers accidently putting it on a huge sale and then fixing it?
example:
https://steamdb.info/app/1426450/
March 29 2023, price was both 65% off and without a sale, showing like a one day dip
