Dual boot + shared library. is it possible? /u/TheUruz Steam on Reddit

i’m about to assemble a pc, it will have 2 M2 disks and a si gle ssd SATA. the system shall be a dual boot linux/windows (installed each on one of the two M2). i’d like to have my installed steam games on the shared SATA ssd to have them playable from both systems. can this be done?
