I was given a PIP on the 7th Jan lasting till the 7th March. I was told today that my manager has the power to cut the PIP short by the end of Jan and hand everything over directly with HR. Is this normal? My motivation has basically been non existence since I’ve been given the PIP let alone still grieving the loss of my Father late last year. Currently looking for a new job.
