I have become increasingly concerned with the amount of misinformation spread throughout the media ecosystem to the point where I just feel like we are powerless to stop it. Now that many of these platforms are controlled by the very people who benefit from spreading lies and false narratives, I see no way to reach the general public with the hard facts that everyone should know. Is there anything that regular people could do to combat misinformation?
