Dumbbell RDL Form Check /u/TruLee3 Fitness

I always used to do BB RDL and would feel it for days. I’m at Planet Fitness now trying to do it with RDLs and I feel like I must be doing it wrong. I have flat shoes, am trying to keep my back straight, and am squeezing through the glutes when I come up. I don’t like doing lying or seating hamstring curls and I really want at least one good exercise for the hamstrings. Any tips or alternatives?
