Hey all,
So Paciotti won’t make clothing anymore (shoes only, if I got it right). Anybody know similar brands that meet the following requirements?
- Italian-made (and named)
- Premium-crafted
- Lots of detail: stylized, stainless steel zippers, leather, embroidery, a catchy logo — but not like Paul&Shark. No yacht or golf vibes.
- Should convey a premium feel, but not through a huge ‘DIOR x SUPREME’ or ‘DSQUARED’ printed in cheap paint on the back of an otherwise plain (yet very expensive) item.
- Not explicitly mainstream or commonly counterfeited like Gucci, LV, etc.
Shouldn’t be that much overpriced, either.
Surprisingly, I’ve especially had a hard time with #3. Paciotti had all that: dagger-shaped logo, branded zippers, a catchy Italian name, but most designer stuff I come across now is either too plain or something like Affliction.
