How do I stop letting nostalgia kill me? /u/AdventurousGas1435 No such thing as stupid questions

So a week ago my mom sent me a home movie of me as a baby.. my parents and sister were in the video + a grandparent who passed. I have cried for hours everyday since and I’m not kidding. I have had to excuse myself to the bathroom at work to sob. I don’t know what to do or how to stop these feelings of immense sadness seeing my parents age or things change or feeling how quickly I’ve become 24. I can’t handle it and it’s not healthy to my body
