Does per-game activity ever go away or get hidden? /u/dqslime Steam on Reddit

Dumb “OCD” moment but I’m wondering if there’s a way to remove and/or wait long enough for the Steam activity you see when you click on a game (cards, achievements) ever disappear or go away.
