If you switch up your soup/sandiwches/salads to include any soup/sandwiches/salads – would that be a healthy way to live? (Garden salad and grilled cheese and tomato soup, to minestrone and chopped salad and veggie wrap, etc)
I kind of always thought soup, sandwich and a salad seemed like such a healthy meal if you did it right – healthy grains, veggies, hydration, easily digestible etc. Google gives me conflicting results.
Thoughts?
