I (22F) am in college. I moved out for the first time to be in the dorms this last weekend. I did it without any assistance from my parents and drove the 3 1/2 hours as well. My parents were unable to come due to work and I feel a little pride in being able to do this myself even though it does hurt a bit emotionally.
