What is the etiquette for wearing brown shoes with a charcoal suit? /u/True_Button4437 /r/malefashionadvice

I would like to wear it to work but i’m unsure if I will look a bit odd. My suit is on the darker side of charcoal but still light. My shoes are a lighter brown colour but still dark enough to be professional.

I am also unsure if it’s normal to wear brown shoes outside of spring and summer because i heard that somewhere too.

For reference, my shoes are brown Oxfords. Not brogues.
