How often do you expect the enemy to fail your saving throws? /u/SpikefaceMysteryfish DnD: Roll for Initiative!

For a bit of context: our campaign is currently level 3. My DC is 14 (so a bit higher than usual). Our enemies have been nothing special–mostly orcs, a few mimics. Yet they have only been failing my saves about 25% of the time, whereas I would have expected them to fail more like 75% of the time. But I could be wrong, which is why I’m asking the question…
