Seriously, for two years, I’ve been eating only two meals a day. I cook all my meals at home, and they consist of mostly protein and veggies with little to no carbs. I drink zero sodas, and I drink almost exclusively water and sometimes I drink tea with nothing in it. Meanwhile, I know people who eat two whole pizzas in a day every day, and they also tend to eat Bojangles and Burger King in the same day (Also, HOW THE HELL are they able to afford all this stuff to begin with?!), and they NEVER drink water or teas. They ONLY drink sodas. TWO FULL STANLEYS of Dr. Pepper!
How am I fatter than these people?!
