so to start off 3 months ago i was 14 5’6 181 pounds and now after keto and working out I’m 15 5’7 145 pounds. I’ve lost a lot of weight and now I’m “skinny fat” how do i get rid of stubborn fat get lower body fat percentage and tone muscle in 5 months. ps i have at home dumbbells I’ve been using to workout with that are adjustable but i cant eat a lot of protein do to the fact its expensive. The whole reason I’m doing this to is because i go on vacation in the summer and i also want to look good and feel good about my physique.
