I hate YouTube. /u/KarimPopa Red Dead Redemption

I’m currently playing through Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time. I’m taking my time with the game not rushing through the main story and trying to enjoy it as much as possible. However, a few days ago YouTube recommended a video “The Betrayal of Dutch” with a thumbnail showing a big, darkened image of Dutch.

For context, all I did was search for some basic guides on gameplay mechanics and tips for small robberies in Chapter 2. Apparently, that was enough for YouTube’s algorithm to bombard me with spoilers later on. It’s so annoying that I can’t watch game related videos without the fear of getting spoiled unless I’ve already completed the game. Even after marking all RDR2 videos as “Not Interested” just a few minutes ago, I was recommended another video titled “The Reasons Why Dutch Betrayed the Van der Linde Gang”

As for that spoiler I really hope it’s not the main story twist because, honestly, I saw it coming from the start. The first time I met Dutch, I had this gut feeling like, “It would be so predictable if they make Dutch betray the gang”. So I’m hoping there are a much bigger surprises waiting by the end of the story.

Sorry for the rant, but I had to get this off my chest. Have any of you dealt with similar spoilers while playing this game? What was your experience like?
