How do you get stuff like Pillow and PyAutoGUI onto my computer /u/Electrical_Remote545 Python Education

I was trying to make an AI do my bidding for me in a game but when I try to install Pillow and PyAutoGUI it says “‘pip’ is not recognized as an external or internal command” even though the newest version of Python is installed, I got pip (Which took lots of digging into how to even get it, Google needs to fix that), and I manually put Python into the PATH thing (and I know I did it right because it stopped showing me the WARNING thing). Does anyone know how to fix this?
