Career advice! /u/Sohamgon2001 CSCQ protests reddit

As I am about to join in a retail as a sales executive, I was thinking about how I will switch my career path from retail or business to software dev or even designing.

For a little background, I am a BCA grad. Since graduation, I was looking for jobs, but I couldn’t get anything except CCE jobs(customer care, in simple terms, call center).

So I opted for a free course in retail which landed me a job in a big retail settings.

I wanna hear from the experienced or even someone similar who was in the same position like me and switched career later.

My questions are,

  1. I am thinking about doing a MBA with the years going on. In which field should I opt the MBA course, business or in programming?

  2. Is it possible to even get a start in software roles after doing retails?

Thank you.
