Just to be sure I don’t confuse anyone, I don’t mean how many times should you shampoo your hair per week. I mean how many times should you run it through your hair in total for any instance you do decide to wash your hair.
I’ve always heard people tell me that it’s best to shampoo and rinse your hair a total of 3 times per shower. Since childhood I’ve thought that this seemed a bit excessive…so I’m just wondering is one time of shampoo and rinse enough…?
