Hello all
Im doing a few one shots and short campaign’s after a long stretch of dm’ing. Ive tried a few characters who I thought sounded fun but when i went to make them I realised the level the dm had set was just below the cut off point for a lot of the features of the class.
For example I was looking to make an ancestral guardian barbarian for a lvl 9 one shot but realised the class doesn’t get its most distinguishing feature until lvl 10.
Im more of a role-playing guy so I can have fun with almost anything but I would really appreciate any input on good builds for specific level one-shots. It doesn’t have to be strong, but fun would be essential.
My upcoming groups require a lvl 8 and a lvl10 character but I would be very interested to hear peoples opinions on other lvl builds, multi-classed or not.
Thanks in advance xxx
