Two Player DnD Resources /u/UnderstandingClean33 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

What resources do you guys have to run two player DnD?

I’m dming and essentially it will be a party gathering game where my other player has to meet the social and skill needs of NPCs so they join him in battle.

So something like a generator that makes characters would be very helpful.

My player likes very little roleplay and enjoys things like kiting enemies into groups or lines so their spells do more damage. Setting up spells to enhance other players abilities. Strategic battle play is their favorite method of play essentially. We haven’t found an irl group that likes to focus on these things.

Alternatively I’d also be willing to look into other systems that are better suited to this style of play but are still roleplay games. I’m personally not interested in 40K or games like it other than collecting the minis.
