I watched a video of a very drunk girl receiving a 1-year suspension of her driver’s license. Being from the EU myself with great public transport, compact city centers / walkable cities, a punishment like this seems manageable.
However, how would Americans handle this? From what I’ve seen in videos about US infrastructure, it seems heavily heavily car-dependent. How do people cope?
