Graphics Library? /u/Real-Direction-5446 Python Education

I’ve been working on a project for a bit now, basically a to-do list display that will be running from a Raspberry Pi synced with Google Calendar. That stuff is all working, and I have the data I want pulled out and formatted, but I’m not sure how to actually get a window to display stuff. Obviously something like pygame would work, but it feels unnecessarily complex for a project that just needs rich text display? Custom fonts would be a nice bonus. I‘m more than happy to figure out how to do it myself, but a library starting point would be really helpful!
