Pc radial menu sometimes doesn’t work /u/prototype1029 Monster Hunter: World

I’ve been having this problem where the radial menu won’t work at random times. I’m clicking the numbers to use a potion while my weapon is away, and the menu pops up and “clicks” like the command is going through, but my character won’t drink the potion. I have to slam the button multiple times or wait a couple of seconds before trying to use it again for it to actually work. Has anyone else had this problem/found a way to fix it? It’s caused endless carts
