hi everyone. im 25 and have been dealing with some troubles regarding this for my whole life but have been trying to work on it for the past few years and im close to giving up. if anyone has any ideas on what to try that would be super appreciated.
like the title says ive pretty much never felt any pleasure from my clit at all. when i touch myself or when others touch me it’s always the same dull/numb/weird sensation but not pleasurable. doesn’t matter if it’s toys hands etc. my body still reacts to it and my muscles contract but nothing about it feels good. the weird thing is if i do it for long enough i will orgasm, but will have no chemical reaction or pleasure at all. if anything my back will just hurt after from all the contracting. ive tried countless medical procedures, pilates, and have been seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist once a week for 3 years. it’s been like this my whole life and it ruins all of my sexual relationships. i don’t know if this is just how im built and if i should give up or if im just looking in the wrong direction.
