Symptoms are driving me crazy /u/OneAndOnlyZerox Sex

I recently had sex with a stranger. Sexy time was not planned as it was the first date but things escalated. A condom was used, it did not break. She finished when I fingered her and I saw some blood on one of my fingers. Not sure if I scratched her or if that was period blood. Because I am an anxious person, I had bitten and scratched around my finger some days before, no open wound but merely some scratches. I don’t think the skin was broken but I am not an expert. In any case, I checked and there was no opening on my finger where the blood could have come from. It was hers. It was just a little bit, just enough to be noticed and it was a bright red.

Ever since, I have developed some weird symptoms. I have all the symptoms of the flu that I am familiar with, but additionally I have headaches for days which is very unlikely for me. I never had headaches before. I also have pain around my ligaments that are really random, some in my abdomen. But none of the pain really lasts, it just comes and goes every day. I also feel a bit weak, almost a bit disoriented.

After she saw the blood, she noticed I got slightly worried and ensured me that she was clean. I will get tested in any case but I still need to wait some weeks.

Should I be worried? Can anyone ease my mind?
