So, I have been looking online for this happening, but cannot find anything. I talked to the Third Fleet leader, began the Rotten Vale expedition, and then left the expedition. I now have the “Speak to Third Fleet Leader” mission, but she doesn’t restart the expedition, and I don’t have access to the Rotten Vale as an expedition location. No assigned quests either. So, has anyone else ran across this before?
