In the episode Goodbye Toby Oscar reveals that Ryan was committing fraud by double-counting office sales as website sales, inflating the firm’s figures.

In a previous episode, Dwight competes against the new website and wins. If the website sales where the aggregate of both online sales and the sales being made by the Dunder Mifflin employees, wouldn’t Dwight’s sales have been logged into the computer too, boosting its total? How could he have possibly ‘beaten’ the computer if his own sales contributed to its numbers?
