When I see movies where heads are being chopped off, limbs being torn apart, people blowing up into a million pieces, it don’t really phase me. But someone biting their nails and spitting it, someone picking their nose and eating it or sweaty feet really makes me want to throw up. Why am I only grossed out by these somewhat minor uncomfortable things rather than full blown gore?
