What would be the normal depth of a suit jacket’s breast pocket (where the pocket square goes)? /u/violetbirdbird /r/malefashionadvice

I have an H&M suit jacket that I’ve worn before without a pocket square.

Now I want to buy a pocket square so I’ve just measured the depth of the breast pocket and it’s about 15cm / 6″.

However, in “how to fold a pocket square” videos I’ve watched the end result seems relatively small so I wonder if the size of mine is normal or too deep.

Would love to know what is your breast pocket depth / the common “normal” breast pocket depth?
