What is your opinion on blazers or jackets with lining designs? /u/bruhmomentodelol /r/malefashionadvice

Hey guys! Hope y’all are having an awesome start to your years 😀

The post is basically the title, but for some added context: I was recently looking into having a jacket made, and I was looking around for linings when I read a blog from Richards Bespoke about a suit made for Tua Tagovailoa. The story behind the design choices was really interesting, and it reminded me of some of Dan Newman’s suits.

This made me curious to see the popular consensus on more visually “out-there” linings (ie, linings with pictures, designs, paisleys or other patterns). The way I see it, linings aren’t traditionally visible, so using the space as an opportunity for personal expression seems logical. But what do you think?
