I have a gaming laptop and desktop. Using the Steam overlay on my desktop is a great experience. It’s always very responsive and fast. On my laptop it’s horrible. It’s very slow and laggy and just impossible to use. They both use the same nVidia graphics chip, have similar CPU’s, and use the same Windows versions, graphics drivers, etc. What could be possible reasons for such different performance? Thank you in advance!
