Steam window popping up on first game launch /u/Cris-Formage Steam on Reddit

The first time I launch a game after turning the PC on, the Steam window pops up before the game. I obviously know Steam needs to launch but it didn’t use to have the window popping up, it would just start minimized in tray and then launch the game. It’s been doing it for the last year or two, at least for me. I’ve tried going into the console to use “silent” but it then reads “command not found”, but when you “-find silent”, it lists it as an applicable command. Switched to Steam beta to try it there too but still no luck. Is there any way to fix this?
