pseudo code is fine. Right now my process is:
- Go on job board (Indeed, linkedIn).
- Type in location and vague keywords related to IT or software development.
- Note down anything vaguely relevant.
- From that list have chatgpt succinctly summarize jobs.
- Apply to jobs – mostly copy and pasting repeated questions from a spreadsheet.
- Track info/OAs/workday accounts etc in another spreadsheet.
Repeat 1-6 adneausem.
So far I’ve had an about a 1/30 non-ghost/reject rate with a sample size of 90 over 10 days.
Curious what others do these days.
