Its going to freeze in my area of Texas this week, and I had a number of purchases from Amazon planned, but I’m going to wait until after the freeze has passed to order them. I dont know if they would still send people to deliver packages even if the roads are unsafe (by Texas standards), but I hold off on orders even if its just raining. I figured that that’s gotta be at least one less package that some poor worker that would rather be at home would have to deal with.
Is there some merit to this, or is this pretty much a pointless gesture?
